NO. We would be happy to schedule a viewing of Property. We do confirm you meet the minimum requirement prior to scheduling to ensure that you have a high probability of being approved.
Yes, the application fee of $60 and is non-refundable and covers credit, background, and rental history checks.
A government-issued ID, Verifiable proof of income (recent 60 days of pay stubs, 6 months of bank statements, offer letter, OR last years tax returns), and verifiable rental history documentation. You may be be required to submit multiple income documents based on your specific situation.
Typically equal to one month’s rent, but it may vary based on screening results or owner requirements.
Many homes are pet-friendly. Policies vary by property. Breed and size restrictions may apply, along with deposits or pet rent.
Most leases are 12 months. Some homes may allow shorter or longer terms, depending on owner preferences.
We review credit, income (typically 3x the rent), rental history, eviction history and criminal background. Each Property may be different based on Owners Requirments. Full criteria are available before applying. To submit applications go to our Application Website.
StressFree Property Solutions DOES NOT work with any Voucher Programs at this time.
The Tenant is responsible to maintain the outside of the Home as the inside. Residents are responsible for all landscaping including standard lawn care (watering and treatment as needed.) , Mowing, Edging, maintaining flowerbeds and bushes.
Yes, proof of active renters’ insurance is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease.
In small number of situations and certain cases, yes. Co-signers must meet full income and credit requirements.
Tenants are responsible for utilities unless otherwise stated in the lease. Instructions for setup will be provided. To avoid utilities disruption, please make sure all utilizes (electric, water, sewer, Trash, Cable/Internet, gas) are transferred to your name prior to your move-in date
The amount to move is generally 1 months rent, 1 month security deposit and $199 Lease Admin fee. The Deposit is due at contract signing and remaining funds must be paid prior to taking possession of the property

No. Subleasing and short-term rentals are strictly prohibited.
Most homes include standard appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher). Washer/dryer availability varies by property.

No. Only full payments are accepted through the online system
You will be able to view your account at any time. You can also make payments and submit repair request through your online account. Payments post in real-time to your account. You can make payment with your checking account, savings account, debit card or credit card.
There is a small convince fee for paying online. The fees for each tyre of payment method appears in the Notes Section above your login for the Portal. The fees are subject to change if increases by the payment processing company.
Unfortunately, we do not accept drop-off payments. We offer a fast and secure online payment system that beneficial for everyone.
Yes. StressFree Property Solutions provides a CashPay solution thru our financial processing Compnay and Cash payment can be made at over 25,000 locations including Walmart, HEB, Kroger, Food Town and Ace Cash Express to name a few.
You have the option to extend your lease or provide the appropriate notice to move out. If you are interested in renewing or extending your lease, please contact us. If you are planning to move, you will need to provide notice as specified in your signed lease.
To search by address for your MUD district, go to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Please contact StressFree Property Solutions if you need additional assistance.
The easiest way is to ask your neighbors. However, please feel free contact us or send a contact request form and we’ll research your HOA
If your house has a mailbox, please contact the local post office and make sure they know you are living in the property. If you do not have a mailbox in front of your house and you get mail at a central neighborhood mailbox, please take a copy of your lease to the local post office and request a box number and key to get your mail. Mailbox keys are managed by the United States Postal Service and not by StressFree Property Solutions.
All maintenance requests should be made online thru your Tenant Portal or by email.
We encourage all tenants to have one of our professionals handle any repairs needed. If a tenant tries to repair an issue and makes the problem worse, the tenant will be charged for the extra amount. Any repairs completed that were not authorized by StressFree Property Solutions in writing, will be the tenants responsibility for payment and the Owners WILL NOT re-emburse tenant for those costs.
If you receive an HOA violation you must comply with the terms and conditions of the HOA. If our company had to send you the violation, you will be charged a processing fee. If you need assistance in knowing the terms and conditions of your HOA, please call them directly.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the lease’s grace period.
Through our secure online tenant portal via bank transfer, debit/credit card (fees may apply), or other methods outlined in your lease.
Yes. Renewal offers are typically sent 60–90 days before lease expiration. Renewal rent is based on market rates.
We coordinate all maintenance. Submit requests through the tenant portal for fastest service.
Emergencies (flooding, no AC in summer, no heat in winter) are handled immediately. Non-emergency repairs usually within 3–5 business days.
Fire, flooding, gas leaks, lack of essential utilities (AC in summer, heat in winter, water outages), or anything threatening health and safety.
No alterations without prior written approval. Unauthorized changes may result in charges at move-out.
You must provide written notice and pay any fees outlined in your lease. You remain responsible for rent until the home is re-leased or the lease ends.
All tenants are jointly responsible for the lease. Remaining tenants must continue paying full rent.
Yes, but the new roommate must apply, be approved, and sign the lease before moving in.
The home should be clean, free of trash, and in the same condition as move-in (normal wear and tear excepted). A move-out checklist will be provided.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of move-out, less deductions for damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent, as allowed by Texas Property Code.
You may dispute deductions in writing. We will review and provide supporting documentation such as photos and invoices.
In some cases, yes. If the owner is interested in selling, we can assist with the purchase process. Ask us if this option applies to your property.
