Reports are available 24/7 and are in real time. You may access your account at any time with a simple username and password. These reports are great to give to your accountant at the end of the year.
Absolutely. Most of our owners have a $250.00 repair deposit in their account. If the repairs exceed this amount, we'll call you for approval or work to be done. If you would like to be called to discuss ANY issue with the property, we can also set your account up as requested.
If your tenant doesn't pay, we'll send out a 3-day notice on the 4th of each month. If they haven't paid by the 10th, we will contact you and file the eviction.
